Make a Call

In just a couple minutes, you can make a powerful impact. Legislators take calls from people very seriously.

Please call Representative Scott Lipps at 614-756-2160. He is the chair of the Ohio House Health Committee, so he can decide whether to stop the ban on medical and mental health care for LGBTQ youth. Since this issue impacts all Ohioans, he needs to hear from all of us, regardless of your district.

You will likely speak to an aide, or if it’s after hours, you’ll leave a voicemail.

Say something like this:

My name is [name] and I am calling to ask that Representative Lipps stops House Bill 513, which would ban vital, best-practice health care for LGBTQ youth. This bill will have a devastating effect on LGBTQ youth across the country, and for those kids to be protected, this bill cannot pass.
