Legal Clinic at Stonewall Columbus

9am @Stonewall Columbus

Do you have a criminal conviction?

Many records can be sealed, which means that they can’t be seen by most employers. Join Equality Ohio and Ohio State Bar Foundation Fellowship Program for a drop-in legal clinic focused on helping LGBTQ people with criminal convictions move forward with their lives.

A criminal conviction can make it harder to get a job, secure housing, and access other resources. Depending on the conviction, you may be able to get those records sealed.

Or do you need assistance with other legal issues?  Are you or a family member the victim of a crime? Our attorneys will be on hand to help with issues relating to victims of crime compensation applications, landlord/tenant disputes, identity theft, name changes, protection orders, and more.

This clinic is drop-in, but we’d appreciate you registering so we know how many people to expect.
