Jen (she/her) is the Director of Development & Communications at Equality Ohio, where she leads fundraising strategy and external communications in support of lived and legal equality across the state. With well over a decade of nonprofit experience spanning suicide prevention, youth services, and LGBTQ+ advocacy, she brings a communications and marketing background to the full spectrum of development work, from donor relations and grant writing to board engagement and impact storytelling.
Most recently serving as Interim Co-Executive Director at Kaleidoscope Youth Center, Jen helped strengthen the organization’s advocacy work, built their recurring donor program, and led a community-first approach to fundraising that deepened relationships and grew revenue. She has a deep commitment to authentic, community-centered approaches that recognize the dignity, worth, and self-determination of the communities she serves.
When she’s not crafting campaigns or cultivating donors, Jen can be found behind the decks mixing music, nerding out in a variety of pop culture landscapes, or spending time at home with her wife, two dogs, and three cats.
